Individual enclosure needs are met with a choice of four platform alternatives; a plain enclosure solution can be complemented with inserts, support frames, mounting plates and other additional features. Also a choice of material (AISI 304, AISI 316 or mild steel) and surface treatment (natural, brushed or painted) is offered with either plain sides or sides with flange openings. The enclosure’s height and width can flexibly vary from 150 mm to 1200 mm. With the depth ranging between 90 mm and 400 mm, an optimal size and shape can be selected for any need. The widely configurable Ensto Cubo X solution is reliable in use and convenient to install. Its overall quality increases safety and cost-efficiency in everyday use.
Ideal solution for every need
To help customers make the optimal choice for their specific needs, Ensto created a code key for their use. Yet, solutions beyond the code key limits are possible with a customer-specific project number. Based on information that includes the installation zone, equipment group, degree of protection, specific product information, code key and requested options, Ensto can brand the junction box with an ATEX label. After contacting a notifying body, the customer can carry out the confirmation assessment and obtain ATEX certifications by utilizing Ensto’s test results and documents. The terminals can then be installed with Ensto’s mounting instructions. Empty ATEX enclosures can also be sold as a component, in which case the customer creates their own system using ATEX-proofed components and carrying out the required tests with a notified body. In addition, Ensto can provide comprehensive enclosure systems to OEMs. Complete ATEX-proofed junction boxes are available, based on our certificates. In line with customer needs, the maximum dissipated method can be used to calculate the optimum number of elements for a scaled enclosure.
